Hi, I’m Peter Johnson, I like to go by Pierre because it was my nickname in France. I always say, if it isn’t fun, don’t do it. And think cooking is super fun! I’ve traveled to Italy, Germany and Turkey to learn what brings culture to culinary. My wife and I go to Epcot sometimes and I simply love that you can go to different parts of the World, and eat good food, with friendly people, and enjoy a beverage or two. I’ve been trained in England by chef Greg to make southern comforts with a bang.
